Well it came as little to no surprise that Scott Speed was sacked by Squadro Touro Rosso after the European Grand Prix. The guy will definitely not be missed.
One got the impression that he was disliked by both his team and his competitors alike. He was an obnoxious, arrogant, loud mouthed American who did little to dispel the stereotype of the Americans as a race.
As well as his attitude problems, the guy was pretty crap as a driver. He has achieved very little and it is amazing the Red Bull backed him for as long as they did. So on behalf of probably the majority of people in the racing world… Goodbye Scott Speed and we sincerely hope that you never grace the tracks again! |
