Ellough Park frustration

It was another disappointing day for Eddie at Ellough Park as he, yet again, was the victim of other people's mistakes.

The day got off to a bad start when Eddie spun on his opening practice lap trying to avoid a kart that spun just in front of him. He was then barged off the circuit in his first heat and then received a penalty for cutting the corner. To make matters worse, his fuel pickup momentarily failed on the main straight, which dropped him well down the order.

Eddie slowly got to grips with the tricky Suffolk race track and had solid second and third heats. He started a poor 19th on the grid for the B final and, after makign a good start, was again taken out by another driver. Despite putting in some consistently quick laps to catch up Eddie could do no better than 17th at the finish.
