Dathomir

Dathomir is the planet on which Yoda's Jedi Academy ship, the Chu'unthor, crashed. The planet is covered in lush swamps and small trees. It is inhabited by wild rancors, as well as by Force-sensitive "witches" (also known as the nightsisters) who are descendants of a Jedi Knight banished to the planet.

Luke Skywalker flew to Dathomir with Prince Isolder to look for Han Solo, who had fled their with Princess Leia to prevent the Hapan Prince from proposing marriage to Leia.
