Barely has the dust settled on the 2007 season and new dates have been added to Eddie’s schedule.
Eddie has confirmed that he will race in the non-championship Thunderkart event at Buckmore Park on 30th December and he and former IMSD Racing team-mate, Stephen Deuchar, will take part in the New Year Cup the following week at Bayford Meadows on 5th January.
Eddie has ruled out competing in the Club100 Winter championship, stating that he wants to concentrate his budget on next year’s European Endurance Championship.
It is also believed that he is close to securing a drive for next year. Still being cagey about the situation, Eddie has said a deal is “99.9 percent done” for 2008 and an announcement can be expected within the next two weeks.
