Eddie scored his first sprint podium of the year in what has been a frustrating season so far. In a race that saw a number of the key championship contenders come to blows, Eddie managed to avoid any skirmishes to finish second behind Thomas Grainger.

The endurance race on Saturday was slightly less successful. After a lacklustre qualifying performance by Eddie only put Galliard 18th on the grid, the trio of Chris Hoyle, Paul Williams and Hall struggled for pace all day. A black flag and a couple of off-track moments for Williams and Hoyle meant they could do no better than 11th.

The sprint race on Sunday was more successful. After a 6th, 2nd and 10th in his qualifying heats, Eddie lined up 8th on the grid. Taking advantage of over aggressive driving from his rivals, Eddie managed to make up several places over the course of the race to secure his best result of the season with second.
